Still in Michigan, but only for another 16 hours or so. Waited until the very last minute to pack everything up in order to keep my anxiety at bay until the very end. Will be leaving the house around 10am tomorrow to make the 3 hour drive to Detroit, so that I am at the airport at the mandatory 2 hours before takeoff (which of course means I’ll breeze through in 30 minutes and end up sitting with nothing to do for hours). Found out that only a few people going to JCMU will be on my flight, instead of “most of” my group, which I was previously told. Hopefully I’ll be able to meet up with them in the airport, I’m sure they will be as excited and nervous as I am.

Not sure when I’ll be able to begin regularly updating my site, hopefully within a day or two of when I arrive in Hikone. Stay tuned!
